Program Fees & Payment Options

Program fees are mandatory and must be paid on schedule. Every resident is required to have a verified source of income or an approved third-party funding arrangement to maintain active residency.

  • Minimum Base Fee: We maintain a set minimum monthly base fee to cover operational and utility expenses. Exact amounts depend on room type (Shared vs. Private).

  • All-Inclusive Living: Your single monthly program fee covers room accommodations, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and common area upkeep. No surprise utility bills.

  • Mandatory Move-Out Savings: Residents work with staff to set aside a portion of their income each month into a dedicated savings reserve for future apartment lease deposits.

  • Earned Income: Verified full-time or part-time employment wages.

  • Public & Government Benefits: SSI (Supplemental Security Income), SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance), and VA Benefits.

  • Housing Vouchers & Grants: Rapid re-housing vouchers, local transition subsidies, and municipal housing assistance grants.

  • Community & Charitable Assistance: Direct third-party payments from sponsoring nonprofits, churches, and community assistance programs.
